1.The first level has the guest bedroom with attached bathroom
2. The second level has a laundry room and master bedroom with attached master bath .
3. The third level has the kitchen and living room area 
4. The fourth level has an outdoor patio with a fire pit
And a full sized loft with ocean views.
This room has a couch that can convert into another queen sized bed. Which can be considered as a third bedroom in the loft.
